September 8, 2007 - I-81 mile marker 331 6:05 pm William Oursler of Ny was driving a Chevy pickup truck and towing a U-hall trailer. He had lossed controle and the pickup truck hit the Route 616 bridge. The passenger Lyne Blackwood also of NY was ejected from the truck but was not injured and refused transport to the hospital. The Va State police believe that Oursler had been driving too fast when he lost control of the truck. He is being charged with reckless driving.
