Consider a request to rezone from Single Family Residential to Limited Business approximately 1.942 acres owned by Spottswood Properties, LLC, located on the east side of Shultz Lane (Route 1203) and Lee Jackson Highway (Route 11) in Greenville (Riverheads District). The Planning Commission recommends approval with proffers.

18. FLOODPLAIN – ORDINANCE

Consider an ordinance to amend Floodplain Overlay (FPO) District regulations. The Planning Commission recommends approval.
