Suspect Arrested in Sunoco Robbery
Jimmy Jefferson Bell Jr. was arrested after turning himself in at the Staunton Police Department at approximately 2:00 A.M. this morning.
The warrants served were for : Robbery, Abduction, Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony and Possession of a Firearm By a Convicted Felon. All of the charges stem from the January 16 armed robbery which occurred at the Sunoco, fast stop in Waynesboro. He was held without bond in the Middle River Regional Jail.
