We have charged Megan Williams, 24 of Waynesboro, who was the driver of the 1993 Nissan that was involved in the crash at the N. Poplar Railroad crossing on 12/23/07. The charge is Reckless Driving and the warrant was served on 01/06/07, and I do not have a court date as of right now.
