WINTER STORM CLEARING THROUGHOUT THE SHENANDOAH VALLEY - March 1


STAUNTON
– Conditions are clearing up throughout the Shenandoah Valley and travelers are reminded to use caution when traveling. Virginia Department of Transportation crews are out monitoring and treating roadways as necessary.

Here are the conditions as of 5:30 a.m.

Interstate 64 – Clear conditions in Rockbridge, Alleghany and Augusta counties.

Interstate 66 – Minor conditions in Warren County .

Interstate 81 – Minor conditions in Rockingham County . Clear conditions in Frederick, Shenandoah, Augusta and Rockbridge counties.

Primary are in minor conditions are in Bath , Highland , Augusta, Rockingham, Warren, and Clarke counties. Clear conditions in Shenandoah, Frederick , Page, Rockbridge and Alleghany counties.

Secondary roads are in moderate condition in Clarke County . Minor conditions in Bath , Highland, Augusta , Page, Warren and Rockingham counties. Clear conditions in Shenandoah, Frederick, Alleghany and Rockbridge counties.
