Tuesday 20, 2007 – 12:00 am On March 17, 2007 Jaime Holguin-Pifuelas blocked in a woman’s vehicle, grabbed her left arm and told her to come with him in the Staunton Wal-Mart parking lot. Then Jaime Holguin-Pifuelas tried to solicit the woman for protrusion. The woman got away, called 911 and the Holguin Pifuelas-Pifuelas fled the seen. He was arrested a few hours later. Jaime Holguin-Pifuelas is being charged with abduction, solicitation of protrusion and not having a driver’s license.
