Wanted Man Arrested in Waynesboro - March 30

Albemarle County police arrested 52-year-old Arthur Keys after watching his house for 18 hours. They followed Keys from his home on Rockfish Gap Road near Afton on route 250 West before stopping him just outside Waynesboro with the assistance of Waynesboro police. Keys has four felony warrants against him for domestic dispute.
