Thursday Feb. 15, 2007 – 4:30 pm on South Delphine near the I-64 exit south bound lanes, a Saturn driven by Thomas Garber hit a Dodge pickup truck. Mr. Garber failed to yield coming off the exit ramp hitting the truck. It caused the car to go into the median and the truck to go off onto the shoulder of the road. Mr. Garber is being charged with failing to yield. One person was sent to Augusta Medical Center for treatment of miner injuries.
