Couple Suspected Of Cruelty And Injury To a Child - Feb. 27

Tuesday Feb. 27, 2007 - Steven Tomlin, 35, and Heather Tomlin, 27, of 58 Old Hermitage Rd. have been charged with two counts each of cruelty and injury to a child. The couple is suspected of reversing the door locks and nailing shut the bedroom windows of there two daughters, that are15 and 16 years old. The 15-year-old told police that she’d been held in her room for months, and was only allowed out for school. Steven Tomlin and Heather Tomlin were released Saturday on a $5,000 bond.
