Wednesday Feb. 13-14, 2007 – The storm that moved through Augusta Co. knocked down power lines and made travel difficult. The accumulation of ice on trees caused them to fall onto power lines knocking power out to many residents. Trees also fell on roads making vehicle travel hard. On the interstates I-81 and I-64 the roads became ice covered quickly.
