Friday Feb. 23, 2007 – 10:45 pm A SUV traveling on Forest Chapel Road, swerved to miss a deer flipped and ejected two passengers. When emergency crews arrived at the scene they found to people lying on the road that had been ejected, they were taken to Augusta medical Center with serious injuries. Two other people that were in the SUV were also taken by ambulance to the hospital. Charges will be filed against the driver.
