Ice on Trees - Feb.14,

Wednesday Feb.14, 2007 – Ice covered trees hang over powerlines along many city streets. Thousands of Augusta Co. residents were without power on Wednesday because of fallen trees on powerlines. Work crews had to work through the night to try and restore power. Lines had to be cut in many neighborhoods, like this one in Waynesboro.
