Saturday Feb.10, 2007- 6 am A fire that was put out the night before restarted on 1104 Estaline Valley Road. There where 19 firefighters on the seen this morning and stayed till 4pm making shore the fire was out. The ice and the cold temps did not hinder the work the firefighters. There are investigators still there looking in to the cause of the restart at this time 7pm. The original fire had started the night before caused by a wood stove at 6pm.
On Friday Feb. 9, 2007 40 firefighters had put out the original fire in about 3 hr. There where 3 people sleeping in the residence at the time, they where alerted by a smoke detector and where able to escaped the home with out injury. The home is a total loss.
