Robert Lee Liptrap, Sr, 41, of Churchville, has been arrested in connection with an attempted breaking and entering that occurred at Planters Bank on West Beverley Street on September 7, 2007. Mr. Liptrap has been charged with attempted breaking and entering, attempted grand larceny, damaged property, and possessing burglarious tools. He is currently being held at the Middle River Regional Jail on a $5,000 bond.
