The investigation into the hit and run accident that occurred on Thursday, June 7, 2007 on Hall Street is continuing. The driver has been identified as Charles Brandon Kier, who is described as a black male, 6’0”, 200 lbs., 24 years of age, with no fixed address. The Staunton Police Department currently holds three felony warrants for Kier; one count of felony hit and run and two counts of felony child endangerment.
Anyone with information as to Kier’s whereabouts is encouraged to contact the Staunton Police Department at (540) 332-3842 or Crime Stoppers at (800) 322-2017. Persons providing information leading to the arrest of the suspect will be eligible for a cash reward up to $1,000.00.
