Abduction update!
A tip received by Waynesboro Police and relayed to Charlottesville Police early Friday morning led to the arrest of Albert L Tibbs at the Sleep Inn on 5th Street ext. in the City of Charlottesville. The arrest occurred without incident sometime after 2:30 on the Morning of June 1st, 2007 and Mr. Tibbs has been transferred to the Middle River Jegional Jail where he remains held without bail.
Also, Waynesboro Detectives have identified the female accomplice in the case and the investigation continues concerning her involvement.
