Wreck Kills 2 on 608 - March 29

Thursday 29, 2007 - 10 p.m. Wednesday night, a underfed man and woman where killed after the Chevrolet Camaro they where in collided with a Dodge Durango. The accident happened on Tinkling Spring Road south of the I-64 intersection.

The man and woman in the Camaro were dead at the scene. The two people in the Durango were taken to Augusta Medical Center with unspecified injuries,

Police have yet to determined how the two vehicles wrecked. The Durango was going south and the Comaro was headed north. Police have not said if weather was a factor in the wreck.
