It is my pleasure to announce that Waynesboro’s Police Chief, Douglas L. Davis has been elected to the office of 3rd Vice-President on the Executive Board of the Virginia Association of Chiefs of Police. The election was held during the organization’s annual conference held August 26th –August 29th in Williamsburg.
