Michael David Hiner - June 20

June 20, 2007 - Michael David Hiner faces 9 of 11 felony charges for brandishing a shotgun and charged with attempted first-degree murder. On the afternoon of March 28 Hiner had returned to Grand Caverns after he had been fired, and held his former boss, Andrew L. Wells at gun point. Wells was able to escape un harmed. The charges where certified to the Augusta County grand jury on Tuesday.
