Authorities found two rooms with no furniture except box springs, mattresses and a portable camping toilet in each room. Windows were nailed shut, door locks were reversed and the kitchen cabinets also were kept locked. Thereis also concerns whether the girls were under fed. The two rooms were used to hold the teenage girls, ages 15 and 16, The captivity began about 14 months ago. The sheriff's office said the girls were allowed to go to school.
The Tomlins are charged with two counts each of cruelty and injury to a child and face the possibility of 10 years in prison if convicted of all charges. Today's hearing is scheduled for
