SECOND TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT WAYNESBORO TOWN CENTER BECOMES OPERATIONAL - October 2

STAUNTON– A new traffic signal at the intersection of Route 340 ( Rosser Avenue ) and Town Center Drive was put into flash mode on the afternoon of October 2. This is located in the City of Waynesboro . The signal is scheduled to go into full operation at approximately 10 a.m. on October 4. This is the second traffic signal to become operational at the new Waynesboro Town Center shopping center.

The first signal, located at the intersection of Rosser Avenue (Route 340) and Shenandoah Village Drive went into full operation on Sept. 4.

Travelers in this area should use caution as motorists become acclimated to this new traffic pattern.

All work is weather permitting.
