STAUNTON – The left lane southbound of Interstate 81 is now open in northern Augusta County at mile marker 231.4. Debris from a camper involved in the accident is covering the road. It will be several hours before both lanes can be opened, according to officials at the site. A front-end loader is now on site to assist with debris removal. There is at least at 10 mile back up due to this accident.
