July 10, 2007 - 12:25 pm A Car driven by Jeff Jaclin spun out of control and ended up on its side. He had lost control when it was raining hard. Two bystanders helped right the car and asst Jaclin from the car. Jaclin was not injured badly. He is being charged with reckless driving.
