Consider submission of grant proposal to DCR for bioretention/stormwater management improvements in an amount not to exceed $72,871.

Local funding source: Riverheads Infrastructure Account #80000-8015-41

5-07 BUILDING INSPECTIONS FEES

Consider draft ordinance and authorize advertisement for Public Hearing.

5-08 COURTHOUSE SECURITY FEES

Consider draft ordinance and authorize advertisement for Public Hearing.

5-09 LANDFILL TIPPING FEES

Consider Landfill Committee’s recommendation to increase Commercial/Industrial tipping fees from $40 to $42 and authorize County Attorney to draft ordinance.

5-10 REASSESSMENT – 2009

Consider offer received for 2009 reassessment. The Committee recommends Blue Ridge Mass Appraisal with the acceptance of the following alternates:

1. Section 3.4B. is deleted for a reduction of .25¢ per parcel

2. Section 4.7A.1.e. is amended from a value of $1,000 to $5,000 for a reduction of .35¢ per parcel
