Consider a request to rezone from Exclusive Agriculture to General Agriculture approximately 117.7 acres owned by Arthur J. or Christine A. Fioramonti and John O. and Barbara O. Marsh located on the southeast side of Middlebrook Road (Route 252) approximately 0.3 of a mile north of the intersection of Middlebrook Road (Route 252) and Mt. Hermon Road (Route 681) in Middlebrook (Riverheads District). The Planning Commission recommends approval.

Consider a request to rezone from General Agriculture to Rural Residential with proffers approximately 90 acres owned by the Estate of Tursell M. The Planning Commission recommends approval with proffers.

Consider a request to rezone from Single Family Residential to Townhouse Residential with proffers approximately 35.3 acres owned by SHC Developers, Inc., located on the north side of Howardsville Road (Route 701) just west of the Riverheads School Complex (Riverheads District). The Planning Commission recommends approval with proffers.
10-15 SHIELDS ENTERPRISES, L.C. – REZONING
Consider a request to rezone from General Industrial to General Business approximately 4.3 acres owned by Shields Enterprises, L.C., located on the west side of Ivy Ridge Lane just south of the intersection of Tinkling Spring Road (Route 285) and Ivy Ridge Lane in Fishersville (South River District). The Planning Commission recommends approval.
10-16 SCHOLASTIC WAY SIDEWALK PROJECT
Consider a resolution endorsing the Scholastic Way Sidewalk Project and submittal of Transportation Enhancement Program Grant Application. The grant project requires a 20% local match. The increase over the previous allocation would be $5,100 (Beverley Manor District).
