
Thursday 10, 2007 - Driver, Thirty-six-year-old Victor Rojas of Hyattsville, Md., is charged with felony abuse and neglect of an incapacitated adult. He is accused of injuring a Doris Lamb, 57 of Staunton in February during a medical transport he could be charged with involuntary manslaughter after Lamb died Saturday morning.
Tuesday Lamb's body was sent to the Medical Examiner's Office in Roanoke. Rojas' charge could be made by week's end once his office receives the autopsy results. Rojas remains at Middle River Regional Jail in Verona.
